The decision of the assessor is final.

If a course attendee fails an assessment, they will fail the course. We will provide feedback in writing to the correspondence address provided on the application form.

Course attendees are able to re-sit the failed assessment at a later date, however this will be fully chargeable.

Course attendees will be invited to appeal via the Flood Professionals appeals process. All appeals must be made in writing within 20 working days of the course.
